Terms of Service

1. What Pulld does

Pulld monitors publicly available building-permit records published by city governments and emails you a daily digest of new filings that match filters you set — zip codes, permit types, and an optional minimum job value.

Pulld is a notification service, not a data source. We relay what the city publishes. We do not verify, correct, or supplement those records.

2. Accuracy, and what we do not promise

Permit data comes from third-party government portals. Those portals change schemas, go down, publish late, contain errors, and occasionally retire a dataset without notice. As a result we cannot and do not warrant that:

• every matching permit will reach you, or reach you on any particular day;
• the details in a digest — address, type, valuation, dates — are accurate or complete;
• a digest will arrive at all on a given day.

Pulld is provided as is. Verify anything you intend to act on against the city's own record, which every alert links to. Do not use Pulld as your sole basis for a bid, a contract, or a commitment of money.

3. Your account

• You must give an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure.
• One subscription covers one business. Sharing access outside your business is not permitted.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or republish Pulld digests or dashboard data as your own product;
• scrape, bulk-export, or systematically extract data from the service;
• use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages to permit holders in violation of any anti-spam, telemarketing, or do-not-call law that applies to you;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another customer's data.

How you contact the people behind a permit is your responsibility. Rules on cold calls, texts and mail vary by jurisdiction and we do not advise on them.

5. Trial, pricing and billing

• New accounts get a free trial of 14 days. No card is charged during it.
• After the trial, the subscription is $199 per month (USD), billed in advance, automatically, each month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
• Applicable taxes are added where required.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. If the service failed materially — for example, digests stopped arriving for an extended period through our fault — email support@pulledpermit.com and we will make it right, by refund or credit.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any unused prepaid period when we do so for reasons other than your breach.

7. Emails you receive

Subscribing opts you into the daily digest — that is the product. Every digest carries a one-click unsubscribe, and turning it off does not cancel your subscription or delete your filters. We also send account and billing email (receipts, failed payments, trial ending); those are transactional and cannot be turned off while the account is open.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TODO — your registered legal entity, e.g. Pulld LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost business, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — Pulld. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

9. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change features, add or remove cities, or alter how alerts work. If we change these terms materially we will email registered customers before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Pulld afterwards means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TODO — e.g. the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
